Pssst..... Business owners look at this: Strategic Tourism Expansion Program

Find us on Facebook here

The Bay of Islands is a tourism proposal for the District of St. Mary's, Western Guysborough County and Halifax which will capitalize on the "Bay of Islands" ‐ a unique, essentially undisturbed and distinct 90 kilometer coastal ecosystem on the Eastern Shore. This area has almost four times more islands per kilometer of coastline than any other stretch of Nova Scotia's Atlantic coastline.

The STEP program (Strategic Tourism Expansion Plan) has started and there are opportunities and assistance available. Workshops are being planned for help with financing, business plans, marketing and more – it is time to get in on the bottom floor. This is an opportunity which cannot be overlooked.
