To the vendors/performers:

Try to set up before 9am. You can take turns backing up to the back or front entrance to unload your wares. Unload quickly, then move your car further away to make room for visitors. Bring your own tables, chairs, lots of small change for your floats and your items with price-tags. You can also set up in the front yard, weather permitting. There is no fee, simply share your support by buying other vendors’ items or donating to the foodbank via the music. If you can’t stay until 12pm, please let us know in advance, If you would like to join in on the music, please talk to Michael Porter.

Let us support our very own local economy and have a great time!
