Congratulations to the Sean Ashe Forestry Consulting Lumberjacks for winning the St. Mary's Adult Hockey League Championship for the 2022-23 season! It was a great season, with great competition from the Liscombe Lodge Resort Nova Scotia Lodgers and the Smokey Hollow General Generals.

A huge thank you to all of the players who committed to playing each week, fans who came out to watch the hockey, referees, score keepers and staff who kept the facility running smoothly.

Our additional sponsors this year were: the Sanctuary Shore General Store who sponsored our referee services, Ross Screenprint Ltd. who added the numbers to our jerseys and our Player of the Game sponsors: Clarke’s Chimney Services Inc., Cornect Family Farm, GreenUp Tree Service and John Rolland MacDonald Trucking Ltd. All of our sponsors played a key role in the success of the program this season.

Sherbrooke Public Library is closed today, March 25.
