The Department of Economic Development provides support with Grants, Business Improvements, Local Business Networking Events, Tourism, and Infrastucture/Development Funding support.

- identifying what regulations you need to follow
- identifying what licences and permits you need to operate your business
- determining any inspection requirements
- providing contact information for additional requirements like financing, taxes and staffing
- providing resources to help with start-up funding
