Accessibility Tools

Access Awareness Week is May 26th to June 2nd and is a vital initiative dedicated to raising public awareness about the importance of accessibility and inclusion for individuals with disabilities. This week serves as an opportunity to highlight the barriers that people with disabilities face in their daily lives, from physical obstacles in the built environment to societal attitudes and systemic challenges. It encourages communities, businesses, and policymakers to reflect on their practices and make meaningful changes to promote greater accessibility. By fostering a deeper understanding and commitment to inclusivity, Access Awareness Week aims to create a more equitable society where everyone has the opportunity to participate fully and independently.
