Female Fun & Fitness

Held every Tuesday in Memorial Place at St. Mary's Education Centre Academy. Free for women 18+. Each week participants take part in physical fitness followed by creative activity of your choice. All supplies is provided. The program is 100% funded by CPRA's Gender Equity Grant.

6:30-7:30 - Physical Fitness
7:30-8:30 - Creative Activity in SHOPS room
