TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Municipality of the District of St. Mary's, at its meeting held on July 30, 2026, adopted an amendment to the Municipality's Land Use By-law by rezoning an 18 acre portion of the property of PID 37503547, located in Sherbrooke, Guysborough County, from the Rural Resource (RR) Zone to the General Commercial (GC) Zone for Retail, Offices and Professional Services, and Construction Supply Yards, etc.

AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to Sections 247 and 249 of the Municipal Government Act, an appeal of this decision may be made within fourteen (14) days after the publication of this Notice. The appeal period expires on August 13, 2026.
