Community Posting: Community Links is hosting Community Conversations
Community Links is hosting Community Conversations across the province and is hoping you’ll join them. They want to explore the needs, strengths, and opportunities of groups like yours who are working with older adults (55+) in communities across the province. You bring a lot of experience and insight, and they would love to have you there.
The event will be held at Antigonish People Place Library on April 21 from 12pm – 2:30pm (2.5 hrs). A free catered lunch and coffee and tea will be provided. There will be small and large group discussions and a chance to network with community partners and like-minded groups.
The results from the event will be used to shape upcoming strategic planning and micro-grants from Community Links. As a small thank-you for your time, each participant will receive a $10 grocery gift card.
To register, please click on the link below or call 902-229-2579 if you need help registering. They are hosting 7 events across the province as well as an online event so if you can’t make it to the in person events, feel free to sign up for the online event.
