Port Bickerton Lighthouse Arts Festival
Port Bickerton Lighthouse is holding it's 1st Annual Arts Festival - August 17th & 18th from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
Free Admission.
Location: The Port Bickerton Lighthouse grounds and coast & Port Bickerton Community Centre.
Come walk the trails, swim on the sandy beach, design and fly a kite. Enjoy the work of others and create art of your own. At this celebration of our coastal gem; the lighthouse and the nature that surrounds it. Weekend events will include:
Daily open air painting, exhibits, demostrations, and workshops by local artists and crafters, children book readings, kite design and flying, reading of W.O Mitchell read his daughter, Willa Mitchell, Venders to explore, music performed by local musicians, Q&A sessions with local environmental and organizations.
