This is your reminder to register for the 30-day Winter Walking Challenge by 4pm tomorrow, February 29th. Everyone registered by that time will be entered to win a Smart Watch! (what an excellent tool to use during the challenge!). Registration will remain open until March 10th. All those registered will receive an email prior to the challenge starting with official rules!
In our last Winter Walking Challenge, 40 participants had over 11.5 million steps over four weeks. We are challenging YOU, ST. MARY'S to top that number! We want to hit 15 million steps in 30 days. Can we do it?

Family Recreation Night takes place tonight at St. Mary's Education Centre/Academy. Children can take part in open gym or crafts with their parents or on their own, and parents can participate in a circuit exercise at the Fitness Centre. Staff will supervise open gym and the craft area so parents can participate in the circuit worry free. Family Recreation is a free event and takes place from 6-7pm. Please use the Memorial Place entrance. Online registration is required for all participants. You can find the online form here: https://saint-marys.ca/residents/recreation/program-registration-form.html
