The Municipality of the District of St.. Mary's is pleased to announce that ZZAP Architecture + Planning will be coming to the St. Mary's Recplex on October 2nd, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. to present the New Neighborhood Housing Concept from the feedback and recommendations made by the residents that attended the public engagement sessions in August.

This ground breaking project  reimagines residential living with a focus on sustainable design, community integration, healthy lifestyle and forward thinking planning.
