Notice From Eastern Shore Cartage
Just an update for today February 11, 2020.
The driver will not be travelling down the following roads so far due to icy conditions, for recyclables
Mailmans Point Road
Bakers Branch Road
And the gravel section of Little Liscomb Road. ( the paved area will be completed)
Recovery will be attempted again Wednesday or Thursday this week providing the roads can be travelled.

Please note the Regular Council Meeting scheduled for tonight has been cancelled due to weather conditions. The meeting has been rescheduled for next Tuesday, February 18th, 2020 at 7pm.

Please note that today's scheduled pick up for bulky items will be reschedule due to road conditions. Items can be placed out for pick-up next Wednesday February 12, 2020.
For Sale: Recplex Tractor & Zamboni Attachment
The municipality is selling a 4 cylinder, gas powered McCormick International 434 Tractor Series, showing 1875 hours. It has a 3 point hitch, and comes with a Model TMA 80” Zamboni all were stored indoors. Bids will be accepted until February 19th at noon with a minimum bid of $3500 plus HST. Where is, as is and the delivery will be at the expense of the purchaser. Full purchase price to be paid within 3 business days from the successful award and buyer has 1-2 weeks to remove the machine from the facility.
