The centre of post-tropical storm Teddy is about to make landfall along the Eastern Shore within the next couple of hours. From there Teddy will continue in a general northeasterly direction as it moves into the Gulf of St Lawrence later this afternoon. Essentially there is no change in the expected weather scenario as we are now seeing rain at times heavy to the left of the storm track. The strongest winds will also be in a narrow band to the right of the track as Teddy crosses Nova Scotia today. Conditions will improve in western Nova Scotia this morning while they will start improving in eastern Nova Scotia later this afternoon into the evening hours.
