As a part of St. Mary's Canada Day Celebrations, the Municipality will be hosting a Scavenger Hunt at the Sherbrooke Saturday Market. Market Goers are invited to stop by the Municipality's table and pick up a scavenger hunt card. The card will include clues and riddles for you to solve in order to find participating vendors. Once you find a vendor, they will mark your card. All completed cards will be entered to win a Market Gift Basket, including products from participating vendors! The scavenger hunt is free for all to participate in! The hunt will take place during the Sherbrooke Saturday Market on Canada Day, July 1st from 9am-12pm. The winners name will be drawn and announced at 12 noon. Big thanks goes out to all of the participating vendors and Market organizers.

There will be a Home Alone and Babysitting Course held at the St. Mary's Lion's Club on June 29th, 2023. The Home Alone Course is for students in grades 4-6 and the Babysitters Course is for students in grades 5-8. The Home Alone Course is $50 and takes place from 9am-2pm and the Babysitters Course is $60 and takes place from 9am-4pm. These classes take place at the same time and are offered through Safe Choice Safety Services. Register online by following this link: https://saint-marys.ca/.../program.../registration-form.html. Payments can be made at the Municipal Office. There is a minimum registration number that must be met for this course to take place. For questions, call 902-522-2598.
